What I Believe About Health & Nutrition

  • True health begins where God's design is honored and man's systems are rejected.

  • Healing comes when we return to God's ways, not the medical industrial complex.

  • Wellness is restored when we trust the Creator over the institutions of man.  

  • Nutrition God's way: simple, pure, and free from corrupted systems.

  • Eat God made not man made.  

I'm not a doctor or a nutritionist.  But what I am is even more powerful.   I am a mama bear who has walked through the fire and had her faith put to the test.  I have relied on God and the discernment He gave me to follow my convictions.  I went against the grain of the medical-industrial complex.  Every time I stepped outside of managed care, refusing to follow their dictates, I witnessed incredible changes in my daughter's health.  By standing on my own two feet and trusting the direction God was giving me I saw chronic conditions reversed.  

Through applying God's word, biblical based nutrition and addressing my daughter holistically, she was transformed from a chronically sick child into a strong, vibrant and healthy child free of symptoms.  We experienced true healing not just the masking of symptoms.  Our story is proof that when we trust God and our motherly instincts we can see amazing results that the system claims are impossible without their 
pharmaceutical interventions.

Neurosurgeon and wildly controversial Paleo blogger Dr. Jack Kruse gives us his first book, Epi-paleo Rx: The Prescription for Disease Reversal and Optimal Health. Kruse, who used his findings to lose 140 pounds and pack on muscle, takes the reader through his prescriptions for obesity, diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis, autoimmunity, brain health, and aging. Kruse explains how our origins as cold-adapted mammals hold the key to disease reversal, using a shocking biohack to prove his theory.

I personally met Dr. Rivas at an Expo for people with developmental disabilities. Already having a Phd in pharmacy, and havng tried all of the conventional medicine and treatment plans on his son with severe autism, he went back to school to become a functional medicine doctor.  He studied nutrition for more than a decade to understd the vital role it plays in imroving he symptoms of autism.  The results of the application of his research on his son have been astounding.  I met his son that same day.  He is a very impressive young man.  I would not have recognized him as having Autism.  Nutrition does make a difference.
